The company keeps on being faithful to its strategy of supply with links with producers of the Spanish Southeast and La Mancha. It is present the 12 months of the year thanks to the imports of South America, mainly of Brazil. These operations mean the 15 per cent of the total volume of the supply that reaches the 18,000 tons.
El Oreja is its Premium mark with a volume of supply that is around the 1,500 tons, exclusively of the zone of La Mancha and the varieties of reference, in which we can find Sancho and Montijo.
The company offers to the market pieces that oscillate between the 2,200 grams and the 3,300 grams, which are sent to Spain and Portugal.
