El trabajo a desarrollar requiere la introducción y venta de nuevas variedades según el cultivo y la estrategia de la zona dentro de ambiente internacional con el objetivo de obtener una mayor rentabilidad del producto y establecer una alianza con los clientes.Las principales responsabilidades son: – Plan, review, adapt and execute the annual sales plan in line with M&S policy and strategy within the area/in order to match the plan with the production plan and stock.– Introduce company, product to (potential) large national or international customers in line with M&S strategy and within Bayer in order to inform and acquire customers. When primary contact for those customers, lead and manage the customer team and the KCM process with the customer either within the crop team or in multicrop teams if it is a multicrop customer.– Formulates and negotiates with customers about annual and/or more annual contracts, within a limited margin on price and sales terms in order to realize the sales targets and partnership.– Direct involvement in international or cross-border projects with customers is a substantial part of his work.
